What are the symptoms of STIs/STDs?
Common symptoms of STIs/STDs include abnormal vaginal, penile, or anal discharge, burning sensation during urination, sores, blisters, or ulcers in the genital area, itching, and painful intercourse. Other STI/STDs such as HIV and early-stage syphilis may have flu-like symptoms and swollen and tender lymph nodes. While these are some symptoms associated with STIs/STDs, be mindful that you may also be asymptomatic and still spread the infections.
